Message to Stakeholders
My name is Shin Kimura, and I assumed the position of President and CEO on January 1. Since our founding in 1998, the Company has grown together with our clients by linking up trading companies through our digital platform, and supporting the digitization and streamlining of business transactions such as quotations, orders, and invoices. Our unchanging mission is to make business-to- business transactions "faster, more accurate, and simpler."
Our greatest strength is with our digital platform, which we have refined through our efforts to solve challenges common throughout the industry by approaching them from the same perspective as the front-line workers of our clients. By building further on this strength, we are aiming to make Infomart's services the "infrastructure of the industry" for user companies, and continue to maintain a presence that supports the sound operation of business.

The enterprise SaaS market is in the midst of major changes, including new entrants, more sophisticated services, and the uptake of AI. We are committed to contributing to the convenience and productivity of our customers by helping to digitally connect them, not only by industry, but also by region, and expanding network effects. We will also focus on developing our own AI so that the commerce data we have accumulated can be converted into valuable information by leveraging AI analysis, etc., while at the same time continuing to be used in a sustainable manner at low cost. As a platform that contributes to improving the productivity of society as a whole, we will push for change without being bound by any precedent.

Our corporate philosophy is: "We will continue to grow together with our customers, both as a company and as individuals, and contribute to society through essential business that provide substantial benefits to the world, and bring joy to the world." To achieve this goal, it is essential for each employee to think, act and to make changes on their own. I believe that my mission as the top executive is to actively invest in employees who are eager to achieve growth, to praise new challenges, and to create a culture where taking on challenges is nurtured . I believe that each and every employee taking on challenges and growing will lead to the creation of new value for Infomart. This fiscal year marks the final year of the medium-term management plan that was launched in FY2022. I am committed to achieving this plan by making strategic investments to deepen and expand our existing businesses and toward growth.
