Our Mission and Future Business Development
The business environment has undergone significant transformation in recent years. This has underscored the
importance of IT-driven DX. Business activity is gradually regaining momentum in the wake of the COVID-19
pandemic, with the broader economy beginning to show positive signs. At the same time, structural challenges
within Japanese society, such as a declining birthrate, an aging population, and overall demographic
contraction, are becoming increasingly pronounced. Effectively addressing these issues is imperative to
achieving sustainable long-term growth.
As a result, industries across the board are being called upon to adopt innovative approaches to address labor
shortages, driving initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and sustaining business continuity with a reduced
workforce. At the same time, there is an urgent need to establish robust systems capable of accurately capturing
operational data to enable timely and informed management decision-making.
Since its inception, Infomart has cultivated proprietary expertise focused on leveraging IT to optimize operational
efficiency and strengthen management capabilities. To date, we have linked our own systems with those of our business
partners, to standardize operations, primarily within the food industry, and deliver substantial improvements in
efficiency. This approach, which we refer to as the 'Data to Data (DtoD) Method,' serves as the foundation for
our suite of services developed under the 'BtoB Platform' series. While our 'BtoB Platform' has gained widespread
adoption within the food industry, customer needs are continuously evolving. Our objective is to further enhance
this platform to better align with evolving customer needs and drive improvements in customer satisfaction. Additionally,
it is our important mission to continuously create new solutions with a focus on the next generation, based on
this platform.
In recent years, we have observed a growing number of partner companies that share our vision and actively collaborate
with us. As a result, our service development capabilities have been enhanced, and in addition to further strengthening
our offerings for the food industry, we are now undertaking a comprehensive expansion into new industries beyond
the food sector. For several years, we have been focused on establishing a specialized team and accumulating expertise
in the application of new technologies to drive the next wave of industry digital transformation (DX), and the
results of these efforts are now becoming increasingly evident. Moving forward, in conjunction with the expansion
of new services, we will accelerate industry-wide DX by leveraging external management resources and advanced technologies,
including AI, with a focus on agility and speed.

Another Values Provided With Our Services - Reducing Environmental Impact

Our solutions for digitizing paper forms used in back-office operations have been a core service since our
founding. We believe that another value this service has created is the reduction of environmental impact. Our
services are used by over 1.1 million companies, and the number of reduced paper slips calculated from this
figure amounts to 588.75 million per year. This results in a CO2 reduction of 5,046 tons, equivalent to
573,481 cedar trees. (Source: CARBON FREE CONSULTING CORPORATION, FY2024 results)
The reduction in CO2 from reducing paper slips may be minor for a single company, but as society as a whole moves
toward digitalization, the effect compounds into something significantly greater. To this end, we plan to further
enhance our support infrastructure, and promote digitization in partnership with our customers as part of a broader
push to embrace the challenge of reducing CO2 emissions.
In 2025, we will focus on driving further growth and innovation, working closely with all our stakeholders to shape
a new future together. We look forward to your continued patronage.
