Launched in 2003, our cloud-based service connects more than 50,000 companies across Japan’s food supply chain, including wholesalers and restaurants. The platform digitizes key operations such as placing and receiving orders and billing so that companies can unify the management of all of their transactions, resulting in significant efficiency gains in day-to-day business operations.

Digital Infrastructure That Leads e-Invoicing in Japan

Our electronic invoicing system “BtoB Platform Invoicing” (e-Invoice) is a solution for the inefficiencies of invoice management. We launched the service in 2015, and have seen a rapid acceleration in use due to the introduction of Japan's new tax invoicing system in 2023. Our platform is fully compliant with the new system’s strict requirements and assists companies in making a smooth transition. Currently, more than 1.22 million companies throughout Japan are using our service, which allows the process of sending, receiving, storing, and approving invoices to be completed digitally. This dramatically improves the operational efficiency of accounting departments, reducing costs, improving transparency of accounting procedures, and strengthening governance. We are a strong digital partner that helps Japanese companies achieve sustainable growth.

Our system is used by a wide range of restaurants, including major chains, franchises, and independent restaurants with several locations. In addition to helping streamline their procurement processes, we also provide services related to cost management and menu structure based on accumulated order data to support overall business operations.

Hotels

Our services are used by a variety of hotels, from resorts to business hotels. Hotels need to procure not only food for restaurants, but also room amenities and banquet equipment. Our system centralizes the management of procurement and dramatically improves the operational efficiency of purchasing departments. We are increasing the overall value of the platform by expanding its reach from food wholesalers to various other categories, such as linen supplies.

Wholesalers

Our solutions are used by specialty wholesalers who handle a variety of food products, including fresh foods, processed foods, and ingredients for specific cuisine. For wholesalers, the ability to centrally manage as digital data the orders they receive by phone or fax improves their operational efficiency. We also assist the enhancement of operational efficiency by providing a dedicated system that connects wholesalers and independent restaurants.

Large enterprises

Our enterprise segment focuses on large, multi-location companies and listed companies that process huge volumes of invoices each month. These businesses require complex approval workflows and strict internal controls. We offer API integration functions and customized workflows to dramatically reduce operational costs.

Municipalities

Japan's public sector (prefectural and municipal governments) processes invoices from thousands of local suppliers and is in urgent need of DX. Our platform allows municipalities to digitize their invoices and move away from manual, paper-based processes.

SMEs (including construction and manufacturing)

More than 1.22 million companies use our services, and we are particularly focused on SMEs in the construction and manufacturing industries as a growth area, as they are highly dependent on paper.
